LNC-TASKFLOW
Task flow management. All the lifecycle is covered: since the task creation by the user, until the task resolution by the person the task was assigned to.This solution has the following possible uses:
- Service order management (including its budget, execution and acceptance).
- Issue tracking based in tickets.
- Claim service management .
LNC-PORTAL
Portal solution based in Liferay Portal, and adapted to allow map oriented content: content editors are able to assign GPS coordinates to the content, and users can find that content in a map or using the usual liferay search and navigation engine.
LNC-DOCUMENTA
Document Generation System based in JasperReports. This solution includes a portal where designers can manage the document templates, and allowing an approval workflow. Final users has their own portal where they can order massive document generation. The system could be integrated into any Enterprise Architecture which allows SOAP Web Services.
LNC-ARXIVA
Complementary solution to LNC-DOCUMENTA which includes digital preservation of the documents following the PDF/A standard. This solution also includes document storage using Alfresco Document Management.
